Lots of progress, and yet, so much more to do. As an Asian American who has worked in book publishing for 20+ years, I’ve been a strong advocate and supporter of efforts to cultivate and grow diversity in the industry. One thing that has never changed: more work needs to be done, and so the work continues. Below is a collection of links to organizations, events, directories, podcasts, and more that aim to develop, cultivate and promote diversity in different areas of the book publishing industry. This is by no means a comprehensive, all-encompassing list — please consider it a work-in-progress. I will be regularly updating this page, so please send resources and recommendations my way.
